How to Set Up and Disable Face Unlock on Toshiba Dynabook Tecra with Windows Hello

Setting Up Face Unlock

• 💡 Navigate to Settings on your Toshiba Dynabook Tecra.
• 📌 Select Accounts, then Sign-in options.
• 🎯 Click on Set up under the facial recognition option and then Get started.
• 📸 Position your face in front of the camera and look directly into it until the process completes, after entering your PIN.

Improving Face Recognition Accuracy

• 🔬 To enhance accuracy, you can click on Improve recognition and follow the prompts to set up your face again.

Disabling Face Unlock

• 🗑️ To remove face recognition, go back to Sign-in options and click on Remove.

Using Face Unlock for Login

• 🔑 After setting up, you can lock your screen by pressing Windows key + L.
• ✨ Your Dynabook Tecra will attempt to unlock using face recognition when you look at the camera.
• 🚀 If face unlock is set as the primary sign-in method, it will attempt to unlock automatically upon screen lock.
