How to Set and Turn Off the Camera Timer on Redmi A5

Accessing Camera Timer Settings

• 📸 Open the camera app on your Redmi A5 to begin.
• ⬆️ To access the timer options, tap the arrow on the upper panel to unroll it.

Setting the Camera Timer Delay

• ⏱️ Once the panel is unrolled, tap the timer icon.
• 🔢 You will see four options: Off, 3 seconds, 5 seconds, and 10 seconds delay.
• 👆 Select your desired delay by tapping on the option, and it will be highlighted.

Taking Photos with the Timer

• 🤳 After selecting the timer delay, return to the camera view and tap the shutter button.
• ⏳ The device will then countdown from your chosen delay before taking the photo.

Turning Off the Camera Timer

• 🚫 To disable the timer, repeat the steps: unroll the upper bar and tap the timer icon.
• ❌ Then, tap the cross-out icon to turn the timer off.
