Sending Direct Messages on X

• 💡 Before starting, remember you can only DM people who follow you on X or have their DMs open to everyone.

Navigating the X App for Messaging

• 📱 Open the X application on your phone and tap the letter icon in the bottom right corner to access your messages section.
• ➕ To start a new conversation, tap the new message button, which looks like a plus icon, also in the bottom right corner.

Finding and Messaging a Contact

• 🔍 Search for the desired recipient by typing their username.
• 👤 Select the specific person from the appearing list to open the chat window.
• ✍️ Type your message in the provided field.
• ✈️ Tap the paper airplane icon (send button) to dispatch your message.
• ✅ You will see a confirmation that your message has been sent.
