How to Run Diagnostics on a Dell XPS 13 Laptop

Accessing the Boot Menu

• 💡 To run diagnostics on your Dell XPS 13, first fully shut down the laptop.
• 🚀 After shutting down, wait about half a minute, then press the power button.
• ⚡ Immediately after releasing the power button, start repeatedly pressing the F12 key until a blue bar appears at the bottom or the boot menu screen is displayed.
