Choosing a Return Method

• 🆓 Select your preferred return method: either 'AliExpress Free Return' or 'Self Drop-Off'.

• 📸 Upload photos or videos as proof if the item is damaged or not as described.
• 📤 Press the 'Submit' button to finalize and send your return request.

Completing the Return Process

• ⏳ Your request will be processed within a few business days. Once approved, go back to 'My Orders' and open the dispute page to access your free return label.
• ⚠️ You have a deadline of 5 days to download the label; missing this will close your case.
• 📦 Download and print the label, then pack your parcel.
