Opening a Dispute

Providing Dispute Details

• 💰 Enter the desired refund amount, either the full amount if the item never arrived, or a partial amount for damaged/wrong items.
• 💬 Clearly explain your problem in the designated text box, detailing why you are requesting the refund.
• 📸 Upload evidence such as pictures, videos, or screenshots to support your claim.

Submitting and Waiting

• ✅ Press the Submit button to finalize and send your refund request.
