How to Rename Inputs on Sony Bravia TVs for PS5, Xbox, and PC

Accessing Input Settings

• 🏠 Press the Home button on your remote to access the start menu.
• ⚙️ Navigate to Settings from the start menu.

Managing External Inputs

• 🔌 Select the Channels & Inputs menu.
• ➡️ Go to External Inputs and then Manage Inputs.

Renaming Specific Inputs

• ⚠️ Note that digital satellite, preferred satellite, cam channels, analog, and streaming channels cannot be renamed.
• ✅ However, all HDMI inputs and AV inputs can be given a custom name.
• 🖱️ Select the input you wish to rename and choose a default name or provide a custom one.

Custom Naming Options

• ⌨️ You can type a custom name using your remote control.
• 🎤 Alternatively, press and hold the microphone button to use voice input via Gboard.
• 🗣️ You may need to grant Gboard permission to record audio for voice input.
• 💾 Once entered, press OK to save the changes, and the input will display your custom label.
