How to Pause and Resume Activities on the Garmin Venu 4 (41mm)

Pausing an Activity

• 👆 To pause an activity on the Garmin Venu 4, press the upper button.
• ⏱️ After a few seconds, a pause menu will appear on the screen.

Resuming an Activity

• ▶️ You can resume the activity by pressing the upper button again or by tapping the Resume option in the pause menu.
• 🏠 Alternatively, select Resume Later from the pause menu to return to the home screen while the workout is paused.

Accessing Paused Workouts

• ⬇️ To access a paused workout from the home screen, swipe down from the top to open the quick panel.
• 📌 The icon for the paused workout will appear at the top of the quick panel.
• ✅ Tap the workout icon to return to your session and resume it.
