Initial Watch Setup

• 📲 Download and install the My Health application from the App Store on your iPhone.
• ✅ Open the app, tap 'Allow' for any pop-ups, and then tap 'Welcome'.
• 🤝 Agree to the terms and conditions. You can skip profile setup if desired.
• 🔔 Optionally, allow auto ID permission for notifications to receive alerts on your watch.

Connecting the Watch to Your iPhone

• ➡️ Navigate to the 'Devices' section in the My Health app and tap 'Add'.
