How to Optimize Spatial Sound on Sony WH-1000XM6 Headphones

Accessing Spatial Sound Optimization

• 🎧 Start by opening the Sony Headphones Connect app on your device.
• 📌 Ensure your SONY WH-1000XM6 headphones are added and selected within the app.
• ⚙️ Navigate to the device settings by scrolling down within the app.

Performing the Spatial Sound Measurement

• 🔊 Scroll down further within the sound settings to find the Spatial Sound Optimization option.
• 👆 Click on "Measure" to begin the process.
• 📱 Hold your phone steady and directly in front of your face.
• ⬆️ Slowly tilt your head upwards and hold for approximately 1 second.
• ⬇️ Then, slowly tilt your head downwards and hold for approximately 1 second.
• 🔁 Repeat these up and down movements until the measurement is complete.

Completing the Optimization

• ✅ Once the measurement is finished, you will see a confirmation menu. Click "Done".
• 🔄 If you wish to re-optimize, you can click "Measure again" at any time.
