Accessing Heart Rate Data

💡 Open the RingConn app and navigate to the Insights section.
📌 Scroll down to Vital Signs to view your heart rate data.
📊 You can see your heart rate for the current day and throughout the month.

Manual Heart Rate Measurement

🎯 To manually measure your heart rate, locate and press the Start Measuring button.
⚠️ During measurement, it's important to remain still and avoid speaking for accurate results.
✅ Once the measurement is complete, tap Done to save the reading.
