How to Lock a Book with a Passcode on ONYX Boox Go 6

Securing Your eBooks

• 🔒 To protect your books on the ONYX Boox Go 6, select the book you wish to lock and then hold down on it.
• 🔓 A menu will appear, where you should select the lock option.

Setting a Passcode

• 🔑 You will be prompted to choose between using your device's lock screen password or setting a separate, unique passcode for the book.
• ✍️ If you choose a separate passcode, you will need to enter your desired PIN and then confirm it by typing it again.
• ✅ Upon successful entry and confirmation, a message will state "password set successfully," and the book will now display a lock icon.

Accessing Locked Books

• ❓ When you attempt to open a locked book, you will be prompted to enter the correct passcode.
• 📖 Once the correct password is entered and confirmed, you can access and read the book.
• 🚪 The book will remain protected with the passcode even after you close out of it.
