How to Install Custom Recovery (TWRP) on Samsung Galaxy S10+ with Odin

Preparing Your Samsung Galaxy S10+

• 📱 Access Settings and ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi.
• ⚙️ Navigate to Software Update and tap 'Download and install' to connect to Samsung servers.
• 👆 Go to 'About phone' > 'Software information' and tap the Build number repeatedly until Developer Options are enabled.
• 🔓 In Developer Options, enable OEM unlocking.

Unlocking the Bootloader

• ⚠️ Warning: Unlocking the bootloader will perform a factory reset, erasing all data. Back up your data before proceeding.
• 🔌 Power off the device. Connect a USB-C cable to your computer.
• ✊ Simultaneously hold the Bixby button and Volume Down key, then insert the cable into the phone. Keep holding the buttons.
• 👍 When the menu appears, press Volume Up to confirm bootloader unlocking.
• 🔄 The phone will factory reset; unplug the cable once done.

Downloading and Installing Necessary Files

• 💻 Download Odin (v3.14.4), Samsung USB drivers, and mini ADB and fastboot from hardreset.info.
• 🔗 Download TWRP and vbmeta files for the S10+ from the provided Mega link.
• 🗜️ Extract the downloaded archives (Odin, drivers, ADB).
• 🖱️ Install Samsung USB drivers and restart your PC for proper installation.

Flashing TWRP using Odin

• 🔌 Power off the device again.
• 📲 To enter Download Mode, hold Bixby button and Volume Down, then insert the USB cable. Press Volume Up to confirm.

Booting into TWRP and Formatting Data

• 💡 Important: To boot into TWRP, immediately after flashing, hold Power + Volume Down. As soon as the screen goes black, switch to holding Power + Bixby + Volume Up. Release Power when the Samsung logo appears, but keep holding Bixby and Volume Up.
• ✨ If successful, TWRP recovery will launch.
• 👆 Swipe to confirm any prompts.
• 🧹 Select Wipe > Format Data. Type yes and confirm.
