How to Hard Reset TECNO Spark Go 1 via Recovery Mode

Powering Off the Device

Entering Recovery Mode

• 👆 Press and hold both the power button and volume up button simultaneously for a few seconds.
• 💡 Release the power button once the logo appears on the screen.
• ⚠️ If you see 'No command', press and hold the power button, then quickly press and release the volume up button.

Navigating Recovery Mode and Factory Reset

• 🔊 Use the volume buttons to navigate through the recovery menu.
• 🎯 Select 'wipe data/factory reset' and confirm by pressing the power button.
• 🔄 Next, choose 'factory data reset' and press the power button again to confirm.

Rebooting and Setup

• 🚀 Select 'reboot system now' to restart your device.
