How to Hard Reset NOTHING Phone (3a) Lite via Recovery Mode

Preparing for the Hard Reset

• 💡 Before starting, be aware of Factory Reset Protection (FRP). If a Google account is signed in, you'll need that account or the previous screen lock to set up the phone after the reset.
• ⚠️ If no Google account is signed in, a screen lock can be removed without needing further verification.

Powering Off and Entering Boot Menu

• 🔒 Lock the phone screen.
• 🔌 Press and hold the Power button and Volume Up simultaneously to access the power menu.
• 📴 Select 'Power off' from the menu.
• 🚀 Once the phone is off, immediately press and hold the Power button and Volume Down (or Volume Up, as corrected in the video) to enter the boot menu.

Navigating Recovery Mode

• ⬆️ Use the volume buttons to navigate the boot menu and select 'Recovery Mode'.
• ⏎ Confirm your selection with the Power button.
• 🤖 You will see an Android logo; hold the Power button and press Volume Up once to enter Recovery Mode.

Performing the Factory Reset

• ⬇️ In Recovery Mode, use the volume buttons to select 'Wipe data / Factory reset'.
• ✅ Confirm this selection with the Power button.
• 🔄 Select 'Factory data reset' to initiate the wipe.
• ⏳ Wait for the 'Data wipe complete' message.
• 💻 Select 'Reboot system now' using the Power button to restart the phone.
• ✨ The phone will then boot to the Android setup screen, indicating the reset is finished.
