Firmware Update

• 💡 Check for the latest software version by opening the SOUNDCORE application and navigating to your earbuds in the device list.

Factory Reset

• ⚠️ If updating the firmware does not resolve the battery level difference, perform a factory reset.
• ⚡ Place both earbuds in the charging case, then press and hold both touch areas (located on the Soundcore logo) until the earbuds flash red three times rapidly.

Re-pairing Earbuds
