How to Fix JLab JBuddies Studio 2 Bluetooth Pairing Issues

Initial Bluetooth Connection Checks

• 💡 Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on and then try connecting to the JLab JBuddies Studio 2 from the device list.

Software Reset for Headphones

• 🎧 To perform a software reset, press and hold the multifunctional button on the right ear cup until the headphones turn off.
• 🔄 Turn the headphones back on to allow them to reconnect to your phone.

Removing and Re-adding Headphones

• ⚙️ If the software reset doesn't work, go to your device's Bluetooth settings, click the information or settings icon next to your headphones, and select "Forget this device".
• 📱 On Android, after forgetting the device, ensure your headphones are in pairing mode and then click "Pair new device".

Performing a Factory Reset

• ⚠️ If other methods fail, perform a factory reset by pressing and holding both the multifunctional button and the volume up button simultaneously until the light turns purple.
• 🗑️ Before pairing again after a factory reset, you must forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
