Initial Troubleshooting Steps

• 💡 Place both earbuds into the charging case to disconnect them from your phone.
• 🎧 Remove the earbuds from the case; they should automatically reconnect to your phone. Check if this resolves the issue.
• ⚙️ If automatic reconnection fails, manually select the earbuds from your phone's device list to establish a connection.

Performing a Hardware Reset

• 🔌 Insert the earbuds back into the charging case.
• 👆 Quickly tap seven times on one earbud. The LED light should blink four times, indicating the reset has begun.
• 👆 Repeat the process by tapping seven times on the other earbud. Its LED light should also blink.

Re-pairing After Reset

• 🗑️ Forget the device from your phone's Bluetooth settings. On Android, you may need to click 'Pair new device'.
