Adjusting Sound Quality Modes

• 💡 For Android users, ensure your HUAWEI FreeBuds 5i are added to the Huawei AI Life app.
• 🎧 Within the app, navigate to 'Sound Quality' and toggle between 'Prioritize Connection Quality' and 'Prioritize Sound Quality' to see if this resolves disconnections.

Performing a Software Reset

• 🔌 Place both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.
• 🔄 This action disconnects them from your phone. Upon opening the case, they should automatically reconnect.
• ✅ If the issue persists after a software reset, proceed to a factory reset.

Factory Resetting Your Earbuds

• 🔋 Place the earbuds in the charging case but do not close the lid.
• 🔘 Press and hold the connection button on the right side of the case until the front LED light blinks red.
• 🗑️ To reconnect, you must first 'Forget' the earbuds in your device's Bluetooth settings (on iOS: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset > Reset Network Settings; on Android: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Bluetooth and Wi-Fi).
