How to Fix EDIFIER X5 Pro Bluetooth Pairing Issues

Initial Bluetooth Checks

• 💡 Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your Android device via the control panel or on your iOS device through Settings > Bluetooth.
• 📌 After enabling, tap on your EDIFIER X5 Pro earbuds in the device list to reconnect, as some devices may not reconnect automatically.

Earbud Reset and Charging

• 🔌 Perform a soft reset by placing the earbuds in the charging case, closing it, and then reopening and removing them.
• 🔋 Verify that both the charging case and earbuds are charging by connecting the case to power and checking for a solid light indicator.

Re-pairing and Pairing Mode

• 🗑️ To re-pair, remove the EDIFIER X5 Pro from your device's Bluetooth list by tapping the information or settings icon and selecting 'Forget Device'.
• ⚪ Enter pairing mode by placing earbuds in the case, pressing and holding the connection button at the bottom until the light blinks white and red, then reconnect from your device's list.

Factory Reset and Network Settings

• ⚙️ For a factory reset, keep the charging case lid open, press the connection button three times, wait for the light to blink, and then re-pair.
