How to Find and Manage Mobile Devices in Google Admin Console

Searching for Specific Devices

• 🔍 Enter your search term in the search bar to find devices by model number or other identifiers.
• 🎯 Use the add a filter option to narrow down the device list by categories like model, apps, username, or ownership.

Filtering by Ownership

• 🏢 Selecting the ownership filter and choosing 'company-owned' shows all devices in device Owner Mode, including company and assigned personal devices.
• 🗂️ To view only company-owned devices, you may need to check your company-owned device inventory separately.
• ✅ Click apply after selecting your filters to see the refined list.

Viewing Device Details

• ℹ️ Click on an individual device from the list to access a page with all its specific details.

Downloading Device Lists

• 📄 Click download to get a CSV file of your organization's mobile devices, including all device details.
• ⏳ Be aware that downloading a large list might take some time.
• ⚠️ If filters are applied, the download will only include the filtered list; clear filters for the full list.
