This guide explains two methods to perform a factory reset on your POCO C71, useful for troubleshooting or preparing the device for a new owner.

Method 1: Reset via Settings Menu

• ⚙️ Open the Settings app on your POCO C71.
• ➡️ Scroll down and tap on System, then scroll again to find and select Reset options.
• 🗑️ Choose Erase all data (factory reset) to initiate the process.
• ⚠️ Be aware that this action will permanently delete all data on your phone. It is highly recommended to back up your data beforehand.

Method 2: Reset via Recovery Mode
