Preparing for the Reset

• ⚠️ Ensure your HUAWEI Watch 5 has at least 20-30% battery before starting the factory reset to prevent damage.

Navigating to Settings

• 💡 Wake up the watch screen by pressing the crown button.
• ⚙️ Press the crown button again to open the main menu.
• 👆 Swipe on the screen to find and tap the Settings icon.

Initiating the Factory Reset

• ⬇️ In Settings, scroll down and select the System option.
• 🔄 Scroll down within System and tap on the Reset option.
• 🗑️ You will see an option to delete eSIM configuration; check the box if you want to remove eSIM data (e.g., for selling the watch), or leave it unchecked to retain it.
