How to Factory Reset Your Amazfit Active 2 Smartwatch

Accessing Settings

Data Management During Reset

• 🧩 When prompted, you can choose which data to keep or remove. Checking boxes means the data will stay on the watch.
• 🗑️ Unchecking boxes will result in the removal of that specific data (e.g., local music, offline maps, app store apps, watch faces, workout history).
• 🔋 Crucially, ensure your watch battery is above 20-30% before proceeding to prevent damage during the reset.

Completing the Reset
