How to Factory Reset Meta Ray-Ban Wayfarer Smart Glasses

Accessing the Reset Function

• ⚙️ Open the META app and navigate to the settings menu.
• 🎯 Select the lower gear icon to access device-specific settings.
• ➡️ Go to the General section and choose the Factory Reset option.

Performing the Factory Reset

• 📖 Follow the on-screen instructions provided in the app.
• 👓 Fold the arms of the glasses closed.
• 📸 Press the capture button five times consecutively.
• 🟠 The LED indicator should turn solid orange to confirm the button presses.
• ⏳ Once the LED is orange, press and hold the button for 5 seconds.
• 🟢 Release the button when the LED begins to pulse.

Reset Completion and Next Steps

• ⏳ The glasses will then begin the resetting process, which may take up to 30 seconds.
• 📡 Upon booting back up, the glasses will automatically enter discovery mode.
• ❌ You can now unpair your glasses from your device, completing the reset.
• ✅ Your META Ray-Ban Wayfarer glasses are now reset to their original state.
