How to Export AMAZFIT Helio Ring Data for Medical Analysis

Accessing Your Health Data

• 💡 Open the Zepp app on your smartphone that is connected to your AMAZFIT Helio Ring.
• 🎯 Navigate to the Home tab, then tap your profile icon in the top right corner.

Navigating to Export Options

• ⚙️ Select Settings, then go to Personal Information and then Security and Privacy.
• ⚠️ Choose Delete Account and Data, but do not confirm data deletion; instead, select Export Data.

Selecting Data and Date Range

• 📊 Choose the specific types of data you wish to export.
• 🗓️ Set the date range by selecting a start date (e.g., the beginning of the month) and an end date (today).

Email Verification and Download

• 📧 Enter your email address where you want to receive the data.
• 🔑 Input the verification code displayed on your screen.
• ⏳ After submission, expect the data export email within up to 30 minutes.
• 📥 Open the email, sign in to your account, and download the ZIP file containing your health data.

Preparing Data for Medical Professionals

• 🩺 The exported data will be in a ZIP format.
• 👨‍⚕️ You can then transfer this ZIP file to your doctor or medical professionals for analysis.
