How to Enter Pairing Mode on CREATIVE Outlier Air Earbuds

Entering Pairing Mode Manually

• 💡 Pairing mode on CREATIVE Outlier Air earbuds can be entered manually after a factory reset or for the first connection.
• ⚠️ Manual pairing mode cannot be entered if the earbuds have been previously connected to a device and then removed.

Steps for Manual Pairing

• 🎧 Open the charging case and remove both earbuds.
• 👆 Press and hold the left earbud for approximately 3 seconds.
• 🔵🔴 The left earbud's LED will begin blinking red and blue, indicating it has entered pairing mode.

Pairing the Second Earbud

• 🔗 When the left earbud is in pairing mode, it will prompt you to pair the right earbud.
• ✅ This method ensures both earbuds are successfully connected.
• ⚠️ It is recommended to initiate pairing from the left earbud, as initiating from the right earbud may not prompt for the left earbud's pairing.
