Controlling Ambient Sound on CREATIVE Zen Air Plus

• 💡 Transparency mode allows you to hear your surroundings while using your CREATIVE Zen Air Plus earbuds.
• 🎧 This feature can be controlled using either the CREATIVE app or touch gestures on the earbuds.

Using the CREATIVE App

• 📱 To enable or disable transparency mode via the app, open the CREATIVE app and ensure your earbuds are connected.
• 🔊 Navigate to the Ambient Control section, typically the second line in the menu.
• ✅ Tap on Ambient Mode to enable it, and swap to ANC or Normal mode to disable it.

Using Touch Gestures

• 👆 By default, double-pressing the left earbud can enable transparency mode.
• ⚙️ If gestures are not working, you can customize the earbud controls via the app under Custom Buttons.
• 👂 You can assign ambient control to a double press or triple press for either earbud.
• 🎶 To disable transparency mode using gestures, swap to ANC and then to Normal mode.
