Enabling Voice Typing on HONOR Pad X8a

• 💡 To begin, launch your keyboard on the HONOR Pad X8a.
• 📌 If the suggestion strip is enabled at the top of the keyboard, you may see a microphone icon directly.

Activating Suggestion Strip and Microphone

• ⚙️ If the suggestion strip is not visible, navigate to Device Settings.
• ➡️ Scroll down and select System & updates, then Language & input, and finally Text correction.
• ✅ Use the switch next to Show suggestion strip to activate it.
• 🎤 Once the suggestion strip is active, you can tap the microphone icon. If it's still not visible, go to keyboard settings, select Voice typing, and activate it using the provided switcher.

Using Voice Typing

• 🗣️ After clicking the microphone icon, you may need to select While using the app if this is your first time.
• 🚀 You can then start dictating your messages, notes, or emails.
• ⏸️ To stop voice typing, you can pause or simply stop talking.
