- ⚙️ Navigate to Settings on your Honor Magic 8 Pro.
- 📱 Scroll down and select About phone.
- 🔢 Locate the Build number and tap on it repeatedly until a message indicates you are in developer mode.
- 🔒 If prompted, enter your device's screen lock to confirm.
Navigating Developer Options
- 🔙 Return to the main settings list and go to System & updates.
- 🔧 Select Developer options to access advanced settings.
- 💡 Within Developer Options, you can find features like Force GPU rendering, options to change window animation scale, and networking settings.
Managing Developer Options
- 🔛 To enable a feature with a switcher, simply tap the switcher to activate it.
- 🎛️ For options without a switcher, tap them to reveal more choices.
- 🚫 To turn off Developer Options entirely, go to the top of the Developer Options list and toggle the main switcher off.
- 💨 Developer Options will then disappear from the System & updates menu, but can be re-enabled by repeating the build number tapping process.
