How to Enable and Disable Do Not Disturb on Garmin Venu 4 (41mm)

Understanding Do Not Disturb Mode

• 💡 The Do Not Disturb (DND) mode on the Garmin Venu 4 is designed to mute notifications when you need uninterrupted focus.
• 🎯 This feature is particularly useful for situations like meetings, cinema visits, or sleep, where receiving alerts would be disruptive.

Enabling Do Not Disturb

• 👆 To enable DND, press and hold the upper button to access the controls menu.
• 🔍 Scroll through the menu to find the DND icon, which appears as a circle with a line through it when DND is off.
• ✅ Tapping this icon will enable DND, indicated by the icon changing to a solid blue highlight and no longer being crossed out.
• 🏠 After enabling, press the lower button to return to the watch face; notifications will now be muted.

Disabling Do Not Disturb

• 🔄 To disable DND, open the controls menu again by pressing and holding the upper button.
