How to Enable and Disable Do Not Disturb Mode on Garmin Forerunner 570

Accessing the Controls Menu

• 💡 To begin, press and hold the light button on your Garmin Forerunner 570 for a second or two until the controls menu appears.

Locating and Enabling Do Not Disturb Mode

• 🔍 Scroll through the menu by swiping on the screen to find the Do Not Disturb mode icon.
• ⚠️ Be aware that the sleep mode icon is different; the Do Not Disturb icon is the correct one to select.
• ✅ Once selected, the status will likely be 'off'. To enable it, tap the icon or press the start button.
• ⚙️ The icon's appearance will change, and it will no longer be crossed out, indicating Do Not Disturb is active.
• ↩️ Press the back button to return to the watch face with Do Not Disturb mode enabled.

Disabling Do Not Disturb Mode

• 🔄 To disable the mode, open the controls menu again by pressing and holding the light button.
• 🎯 Select the Do Not Disturb icon.
• ❌ Tap the icon or press the start button to turn it off. The status will change to 'off'.
• 🏠 Press the back button to return to the watch face.
