How to Disconnect from Wi-Fi on Garmin Forerunner 970

Accessing Watch Settings

• 💡 To begin, press and hold the Up button to open the main menu on your Garmin Forerunner 970.
• 🎯 Navigate through the menu to find and select Watch Settings.

Managing Connectivity Settings

• ⚙️ Within Watch Settings, scroll down to locate and tap on Connectivity.
• 📶 Next, select Wi-Fi to access the Wi-Fi options.

Removing Saved Wi-Fi Networks

• 🌐 Tap on My Networks to view a list of all saved Wi-Fi networks on your watch.
• 🗑️ To disconnect from a specific network, tap on its name, then select Remove.
• ✅ Confirm your choice by pressing the Start button to remove the network from the saved list.
• 🏠 Once removed, press the back button to return to the watch face, and the watch will no longer auto-connect to that network.
