Accessing eBay Seller Hub

• 💻 Open your browser and navigate to the eBay Seller Hub.
• 🔍 Locate and select the Orders section from the main menu.

Managing Orders Awaiting Payment

• 📌 Within the Orders section, choose the Awaiting Payment category to view unpaid items.
• 🎯 Select the specific item for which you need to create an invoice.

Creating and Sending the Invoice

• ✉️ Click on the Send Invoice button for the selected item.
• 📝 On the next page, review and adjust the item price and shipping cost as needed.
• 💬 You have the option to add a personal message to the buyer.
• 🔵 Click the blue Send Invoice button at the bottom of the screen to finalize and send.

Buyer and Seller Next Steps

• 🔔 The buyer will receive a notification and can complete the payment directly through the invoice.
• 📦 Once payment is confirmed, you can proceed with shipping the item.
