How to Create and Remove User Accounts on TOSHIBA Dynabook Tecra

Creating a New User Account

• ⚙️ Navigate to Settings, then Accounts, and select Other users to begin.
• ➕ Click Add account and choose to add a user without a Microsoft account for simplicity.
• 👤 Set a username and a password for the new account.
• 🔑 Answer the security questions truthfully to enable password recovery later.

Managing User Account Types

• ⚖️ User accounts can be changed to administrator privileges, but it's recommended to set a password first.
• ⚠️ It is advised to not grant administrator privileges to others unless necessary, preferring standard user roles.

Logging into a New Account

• 🖱️ To log in, click the Start button, then your account, and select Other user.
• ⏳ The first login may take longer as the system sets up necessary files.

Removing an Existing User Account
