How to Create a Custom Gmail Signature on Mobile

Accessing Gmail Settings

• 📱 Open the Gmail app on your device.
• ☰ Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner to open the menu.
• ⚙️ Scroll down and select Settings.

Configuring Signature Settings

• ✍️ Scroll down within settings to find and choose Signature settings.
• 💡 If the signature function is disabled, turn it on by moving the slider to the right.

Creating Your Signature

• 📝 You can now create your signature by typing directly into the provided field.
• ✅ Once you have finished creating the name of your signature, click the Done button to save it.
