How to Connect SOUNDCORE R50i Earbuds to the Soundcore App

Preparing Your SOUNDCORE R50i Earbuds

• 🎧 Ensure your SOUNDCORE R50i earbuds are ready by opening the charging case and removing them.
• ⚠️ If the earbuds do not automatically connect to another device, they will enter pairing mode automatically.

Connecting to Your Smartphone via Bluetooth

• ⚙️ Navigate to your smartphone's Settings and select Bluetooth or Connected Devices.
• 📱 On Android, tap Pair new device to initiate the search for nearby Bluetooth devices.
• 👆 If earbuds don't enter pairing mode automatically, press and hold both Soundcore icons on the back of the earbuds for at least 3 seconds to manually enter pairing mode.

Adding Earbuds to the Soundcore App

• 📲 Once paired via Bluetooth, open the Soundcore application on your smartphone.
• ➕ Tap the Add device option within the app.
• 📱 For Android users, the earbuds should appear at the top of the device list. For iOS users, tap the earbuds icon.
• ✅ Select your SOUNDCORE R50i from the list to complete the connection to the app.
