How to Connect Elgato Key Light Neo to iPhone via Control Center App

Downloading the Elgato Control Center App

• 📱 Download the Elgato Control Center app from the App Store to enable iPhone control of your Key Light Neo.
• 💳 Enter your password or use Face ID to complete the installation.

Connecting Key Light Neo to Wi-Fi

• 🌐 Ensure your iPhone's Wi-Fi is turned on and allow the app to find devices on local networks.
• 🔌 Select "Set up new device, Elgato Key Light" from the available networks.
• 📶 Choose the desired Wi-Fi network and click next to connect the Key Light Neo.

Network Compatibility and Troubleshooting

• ⚠️ Be aware that the Key Light Neo may not always work with 5 GHz networks.
• 📶 If connection fails, try connecting to a 2.4 GHz network instead.

Controlling Your Key Light Neo
