Accessing Digital Wellbeing

  • ⚙️ Begin by opening the Settings app on your Realme C63.
  • 📌 Scroll down to find and select Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls.

Viewing Screen Usage

  • 📊 The main screen displays a graph showing your total screen time for the current day, along with counts for unlocks and notifications.
  • 📈 Tap inside the graph to access a detailed dashboard showing daily and weekly screen usage.
  • 📱 Below the graph, you'll find a list of apps and the time spent on each.

Managing App Usage

  • ⏳ To limit specific apps, tap the hourglass icon next to the app name in the usage list.
  • ⏰ You can set a daily time limit for an app, after which it will be grayed out or blocked.
  • 🚫 Setting the timer to 0 hours and 0 minutes will immediately block the app.
  • 🗑️ To remove a timer, tap the hourglass icon again and select 'delete timer'.

Utilizing Focus Mode

  • 🧘 Focus Mode helps reduce distractions by temporarily pausing selected apps.
  • 🔔 Mark distracting apps, such as social media or shopping apps, to be included in Focus Mode.
  • 📅 You can schedule Focus Mode for specific times and days, limiting notifications from these apps during those periods.
