Accessing Digital Wellbeing

Understanding Screen Time Usage

• 📊 The main dashboard displays your total screen time for the current day, along with counts for unlocks and notifications.
• 📈 Tap inside the graph to view a detailed breakdown of screen time for specific days of the week.
• 📱 After selecting a day, you can see a list of apps used and the time spent on each.

Managing App Usage

• ⏳ To limit time on a specific app, tap on the app from the daily usage list and select the hourglass icon.
• ⏰ Set a daily time limit for the app, after which its usage will be restricted.
• 🔍 Alternatively, tap directly on an app in the usage list to view its specific dashboard, which includes options to change the view from daily to hourly or to see notifications received and times opened.

Utilizing Focus Mode

• 🧘 Focus Mode helps reduce distractions by blocking notifications from selected apps.
• 📌 First, select the distracting apps you want to limit (e.g., social media, games).
• 🗓️ Then, set a schedule for Focus Mode, choosing specific days and times when it should be active.
• 🚫 During the scheduled Focus Mode times, notifications from the selected apps will be turned off and hidden, allowing you to concentrate on other activities.
