How to Change Your Email Address on the Shein App

Accessing Account Settings

• 🛍️ Open the Shein app on your device.
• 👤 Navigate to the 'Me' tab located in the bottom right corner.
• ⚙️ Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner to access settings.

Updating Your Email Address

• 🔑 Select 'Manage my account' and then tap on the 'Email' tab.
• ✏️ Press the 'Change' button to initiate the email update process.
• 📧 You will need to go through email verification for your current email address.

Verification and New Email Entry

• ✉️ An email with a verification code will be sent to your current email address.
• 🔢 Type in the verification code to proceed.
• 🆕 After successful verification, enter your new email address.
• 📤 Press the 'Send' button to receive a verification code for the new email address.
• ✅ Finally, enter the new verification code and press the 'Submit' button to complete the process.
