How to Change Wi-Fi Network on Arlo Pro 4 Camera

Accessing the Camera and Battery

• 💡 Open the Arlo Pro 4 case by pressing the button on the bottom and removing the battery.
• 🔋 Ensure the battery is inserted correctly if it was removed.

Connecting to a New Wi-Fi Network

• 🎯 Navigate to the Arlo app dashboard and click the gear icon next to the camera you wish to update.
• ⚙️ Select the "Wi-Fi network" option and then choose "Change network."
• ⚠️ Note: The Arlo Pro 4 does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi networks.

Network Password and Sync Process

• 🔑 Type in the password for your new Wi-Fi network and proceed.
• ⚡ Press and hold the sync button until the amber light blinks. If the light turns blue after a double-click, proceed to scan the QR code.
• ⏳ If the light is amber, wait a few seconds for it to turn blue before clicking continue.

Finalizing the Connection

• 🔍 The app will now look for your Arlo camera to establish the new connection.
• ⏳ This process may take some time to complete.
• ✅ Once connected, the setup is finished.
