How to Change Volume on XIAOMI OpenWear Earbuds Using Gestures

Enabling Volume Control Gestures

• 💡 By default, volume control is not enabled on XIAOMI OpenWear earbuds.
• 🧠 To enable this feature, you need to use the XIAOMI Earbuds application.

Setting Up Volume Gestures

• 🎯 Within the app, navigate to the gestures settings.
• 👆 You can assign volume up/down functionality to single, double, or triple press gestures.
• ⚠️ Note that the 'press and hold' gesture does not support volume control.
• 🎧 For example, you can set a single press on the right earbud to increase volume and a single press on the left earbud to decrease volume.

Locating and Testing Touch Areas

• 📍 The touch area for these gestures is located on the back side of the earbuds.
• ✅ After assigning gestures, you can test them directly to ensure they are working as expected.
