How to Change the Wi-Fi Network on a TP-LINK Tapo C230 Camera

Removing the Camera from the App

• ⚙️ To begin, open the TP-LINK Tapo C230 camera settings by tapping the gear icon in the top right corner.
• 🗑️ Scroll down to the bottom and select the option to remove the camera; this is the necessary first step.

Resetting and Pairing the Camera

• 🔄 After removing, the camera will reboot. Wait for it to enter pairing mode, indicated by a blinking red and green light.
• 📶 If the camera doesn't automatically broadcast its own Wi-Fi network (TP-Tapo Wi-Fi), you may need to press the reset button on the camera.
• 🔌 Once the camera's Wi-Fi is visible, connect your phone to the TP-Tapo Wi-Fi network.

Reconnecting to a New Wi-Fi Network

• ➕ In the Tapo app, go to 'Add Device' and select your Tapo C230 camera.
• 🌐 Choose the new Wi-Fi network you want to connect the camera to and enter the Wi-Fi password.
