Accessing the Porter App

Initiating Mobile Number Change

  • ✅ From the chat options, choose "Account Update" (खाता अपडेट) to manage your account details.
  • 🔑 Within the account update section, specifically select the option "I want to change my mobile number" (मैं अपना मोबाइल नंबर बदलना चाहता हूं).

Providing a Reason for Change

  • 📝 The app will prompt you to select a reason for changing your mobile number, such as "network issue" (नेटवर्क समस्या), "lost phone" (मेरा मोबाइल नंबर उपलब्ध नहीं है खो गया है), or "other reasons" (अन्य कारण).
  • 📌 You can choose a reason like "network issue" or indicate that your phone number is unavailable/lost.

Finalizing the Request

  • 📞 After submitting your request, the Porter team will call you back within 24 hours to assist further.
  • 🔄 During this call, you will need to provide your new mobile number to the Porter team for them to update it in your Porter app account.
