Providing a Reason for Change
- 📝 The app will prompt you to select a reason for changing your mobile number, such as "network issue" (नेटवर्क समस्या), "lost phone" (मेरा मोबाइल नंबर उपलब्ध नहीं है खो गया है), or "other reasons" (अन्य कारण).
- 📌 You can choose a reason like "network issue" or indicate that your phone number is unavailable/lost.
Finalizing the Request
- 📞 After submitting your request, the Porter team will call you back within 24 hours to assist further.
