Understanding eBay Feedback Revisions

• 💡 eBay does not allow buyers to directly edit feedback; only the seller can initiate a feedback revision request.

Requesting Feedback Revision

• 📱 Open the eBay app and navigate to the My eBay section, then select Purchases.
• 📌 Locate the specific item for which you want to change feedback and tap Contact Seller.
• 💬 Politely ask the seller to send a feedback revision request, for example, "Hi, I would like to update the feedback I left for this purchase and could you please send me a feedback revision request."

Responding to a Revision Request

• 🔔 You will receive a notification in the eBay app once the seller sends the revision request. It's advised to check the notifications section regularly.
• ✉️ To accept the request, go to Messages, find the message titled "feedback revision request," and tap Revise Feedback.
