How to Cancel an eBay Order Using the Mobile App

Accessing Your Orders on eBay

• 📱 Open the eBay application on your device and navigate to the My eBay section by tapping it at the bottom of the screen.
• 📦 Within My eBay, select the Purchases section to view your order history.

Initiating a Cancellation Request

• 🔍 Locate and tap on the specific order you wish to cancel from your purchases list.
• ⚙️ On the order details page, find and tap either More Options or the Request to Cancel button.

Completing the Cancellation Process

• 📝 You will be prompted to select a reason for cancellation, such as 'Ordered by mistake' or 'I've changed my mind'.
• ✉️ After selecting a reason, tap the Send Request button to notify the seller of your cancellation request.
• ✅ The cancellation is pending seller approval. You will receive a confirmation once the seller approves your request.
• 🔔 Check the notifications section at the bottom of the screen for updates and confirmation regarding your canceled order.
