How to Boot from USB Drive on ACER Predator 17

Preparing to Boot from USB

• 🔌 Plug in your bootable USB drive before proceeding with the shutdown process.
• ⚠️ Ensure the USB drive is properly created and bootable for your intended purpose, such as Windows installation or running a live OS.
• 🔲 Shut down your ACER Predator 17 completely by clicking on power and selecting shut down.
• ⏳ Wait until all computer lights are off, then wait an additional 15 seconds before proceeding.

Accessing the Boot Menu (F12)

• ⚡ Immediately after pressing the power button, start repeatedly pressing the F12 key to access the boot menu.
• 🛠️ If F12 does not bring up the menu, you may need to enable the F12 boot option in BIOS.

Enabling F12 Boot Option in BIOS
