How to Block and Unblock Numbers on TECNO Spark 30C

Blocking a Number from Contacts

• 📞 Open the dialer on your TECNO Spark 30C.
• 👤 Navigate to your contact list and select the contact you wish to block.
• 👆 Tap the three dots icon in the upper right corner and choose "Block contact".
• ✅ A characteristic icon will appear, confirming the number is successfully blocked.

Unblocking a Contact

• ↩️ To unblock, follow the same steps: tap the three dots icon and select "Unblock contact".

Managing Blocked Numbers via Settings

• ⚙️ Access the phone's settings, then tap on "Blocked" (this option may be found within Recents or Contacts).
• 🚫 This section displays your list of blocked calls and messages.
• 🔧 Tap the three dot icon within the blocked list to access "Filter rules".
• 📝 If your SIM card is present, you can tap on the "Block list" to manually add numbers.
• ⚠️ Note: The block list functionality might be unavailable without a SIM card inserted.
