How to Block and Unblock Numbers on SAMSUNG Galaxy XCover7 Pro

Blocking Numbers from Contacts

• 📞 To block a number already saved in your contacts on the Galaxy XCover7 Pro, tap on the contact, then the info icon.
• 👆 Next, tap the three dots in the lower right corner and select block contact.
• ✅ Confirm your choice by tapping block to prevent further calls from that number.

Managing the Blocklist

• ⚙️ Access the blocklist by tapping the three dots in the upper right corner of the Phone app and selecting settings.
• 🚫 Under block numbers, you can see numbers previously blocked from your contacts.

Manually Blocking Numbers

• ➕ To block a number not saved in your contacts, go to the block numbers settings and tap the plus icon.
• ✍️ You can then manually enter the phone number or choose from recents or contacts to add it to the blacklist.

Blocking Unknown Callers

• 🔕 To block all unidentified or unknown callers, toggle the switch in the block numbers settings.

Unblocking Numbers

• ❌ To unblock a number, simply tap the minus icon next to the number in the block numbers list, and it will be removed.
